Parents buy people before they buy programs. Here’s mine.

I’ve spent more than 25 years in education, and in all that time one thing has never changed: my heart is with students, especially the bright, capable ones who are quietly drowning in procrastination, disorganization, and overwhelm.

I became an executive function coach because these students don’t need another lecture or another tutor. They need someone to teach them the life success skills they were never taught: time management, organization, planning, self-regulation, and task initiation.

That’s why I created The Marriott Method™: a heart-centered, step-by-step framework that helps students become organized, confident, and independent, in school and beyond.

Watch The Marriott Method™

This isn’t simply coaching. It’s a proven, step-by-step framework designed to help students develop the habits, systems, and confidence they need for lasting success, one letter at a time.

FAQs

It’s coaching that teaches the life success skills students were never taught: time management, organization, planning, self-regulation, communication, and task initiation. I work mainly with students who have ADHD or other learning differences, coaching them through the executive function skills that support everything else.

No. Tutors teach subject content. I coach the skills underneath every subject: how to plan, organize, start, and follow through, so students can succeed in any class, with or without a tutor.

The core program is the 12-week Marriott Method Roadmap™, with a new skill and tool each week. Many families continue with ongoing sessions to maintain momentum.

Parent collaboration is built into the program, with progress check-ins throughout, so you’ll always know what your student is working on.

The 12-week Marriott Method™ program is $1,680 paid in full (a $120 savings) or three monthly payments of $600. Pricing for small group coaching and workshops is listed under Ways to Work Together, and we can talk through what fits your family best on your free Student Success Assessment call.

Both. Coaching with the Marriott Method™ is available online or in person, whichever works best for your student.
